I hope everybody has a safe and happy Easter Break. And for your reference, if anybody missed... 1st Years: Prep for your quiz on chapter six in your books. 2nd Years: Read pages 48-77 in your handout that I gave you at the beginning of the year and prepare for your quiz. 3rd Years: Read pages 100-169 in your Text's and prepare for a chapter test when you return. 4th Years: Read Chapters five and six in your books and start preparing your essays that will be due on the Fourth of May. 5th Years: Read Chapters seven and eight and do the assignments on the page 99 and 107. These will be for marks. 6th Years: Your essays should be in at least first draft when you return. You must also read chapters nine through eleven of your texts and do the three short answer questions on page 209. 7th Years: N.E.W.T.S. reviewing and chapters fifteen through eighteen in your reading. You should also be ready for your practical test on the assignment on page 211 coming up on April 30th. ( Private: Susan [Neville May Read] ) |

First off a note about my hours. I would like to remind every student that if you are needing extra help in your Transfiguration homework, I am in my office: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from four thirty until six and then from seven to nine. (An extra hour in the evening) Sunday's from one to six pm. I am also taking Fifth year and Seventh year appointments for Tuesday afternoons for the rest of the year, for questions about OWLS and NEWTS. Only those of you who make an appointment on Tuesdays will be seen. Otherwise you need to drop in at one of the other times. I'm so glad to see everybody back at Hogwarts, safe and healthy. We're coming down to the final few months of the school year and now is not a time to loose sight of your goals. Also, make sure to be taking care that you're keeping yourselves warm. I know for a fact that Hufflepuff was quite drafty when I was a student here, so if you need help doing up some heating charms, please see your head of house or any other professors. January and February is the time it seems like everybody gets sick. ( Private: Longbottoms ) |
